This hotel is pretty dated for a Hilton. If it was a lower level brand then it probably would have met my expectations but I was surprised this was a Hilton property.

Bathroom needed to be updated. Could see damage from bathroom leaks. Coffee creamer spoiled. Room not cleaned after checking in. Had to call for clean towels and coffee packs. Entrance area pavement was very dirty. Bed was very comfortable and quiet room.

I feel it lived up to the Hilton standards, front desk staff and restaurant and bar personnel also housekeeping was ready to serve and help you with anything if you needed them. Next time I'm in Raleigh I definitely will make this Hilton my home away from home
