My room toilet overflowed and they didn’t have any available 2 beds available but THANKS for the receptionist at night he figured it out and made me feel comfortable I thank him for that GREATLY .. if it wasn’t for him and his reassurance and apologetic ways I would’ve asked for a refund but he was AWESOME !!! My stay was horrible but GREAT SERVICE FROM YA FRONT DESK !!! Especially the 11pm -7pm guy !!!

The actual hotel was OK. The staff, not so much. They were completely unprofessional, rude, uncaring, and nasty. I would love to talk to a corporate member if someone would like to reach out. What the staff said and did to me during my stay was unbelievably inappropriate.

I will never stay here again, upon checking in I was given a tutorial of how local residents can not use the hotel and in my case with work being done to my primary home this really upset me. Before I arrived I called to confirm that I would be checking in after 4:30 the entire call was filled with dead silence from the staff that worked after 5pm on 11-20-25 and one word answers as if the staff wasn’t aware of their own policy shown on their own policy of check ins after 4:30 pm.

The toilet was causing problems didn't want to fill a few times, the bedding had hair on it. And we were charged 25 dollars which neither of us knew about and it didn't have it listed where we booked as far as we could see and no idea if thats getting refunded
