La calificación la estoy otorgando al hotel que nos reubicaron porque no respetaron la reservación y nos enviaron a otro que no tiene buenas condiciones de infraestructura. La reserva tenía una habitación con 2 camas y la que me dieron en el cambio de hotel solo tenia 1 cama. El dueño dejó estacionada su camioneta sin llaves en la entrada el hotel, sin poderlo localizar, demorando nuestra salida por un tiempo de 40 minutos aprox.

Me mandaron al hotel El pedregal que porque solo tenían 1 de las 2 habitaciones que reservé y que llame a las 3 pm que llegaría más tarde a hacer el check in. Siendo el hotel donde me mandaron de menor categoría. También incluía desayuno en y horario de 8 a 11:30 am y llegué a las 10:30 am y no estaba el servicio de desayuno listo dijeron que tardaban 30 min en ponerlo por supuesto que ya no espere. Terrible experiencia

No se puede dormir por la musica del bar.

Al entrar al cuarto olia mal ya que la tasa del baño se movia y eso ocasionaba mal olor y no nos cambiaron de cuarto hata el otro dia que nis dimos cuenta que no salía agua caliente. Y la segunda noche no nos dejo dormir el ruido del bar que se encuentra en la parte de arriba del hotel. Aun y pidiendo que pararan la música no la quitaron y la policía nunca atendió nuestro llamado.
