The check in was stressful. Wasn't sent an email until exactly 3pm (havent experienced this before). Still, details of code for lock box, where not in that email. Thankfully the lady managing was there at 3pm and let us in. She also emailed me the code. I had tried to contact 'host' and expedia for help prior to this and was not helped. Maybe a clearer, step by step, check in. (without receptionist). We arrived at 2.30pm and couldn't get in, or get help. Also, designated car park is quite a distance away. Not clearly advertised. Other than that, actual manager (H.....), was lovely and helpful. and premises very nice.
