A great stay.

We had a great weekend stay at the Hotel, just a two minute walk to the Old City Wall and into Old Town. The Hotel is showing it's age in spots but nothing to be concerned about. We found the beds very comfortable and loved the lay out with the Pool Area in the middle. Have no hesitation in Booking this Hotel.

Excellent location! The building is a nice but needs upgrades and the cleanliness was not very good my bathroom had mold growing in the shower/bathtub and the pillows are all showing it’s time to get new ones. Pillow protectors would help. We had been getting room service every morning for breakfast from the restaurant in the hotel but our last night we decided to have dinner downstairs and they said there was no availability even though more than half of the restaurant was empty. Which was very disappointing. Overall our stay was ok wouldn't stay there again .

We were very disappointed with the check-in time being 5 pm. If we wanted to get a check-in time of around 1 - 2 pm we needed to pay another $50 when we had already paid $340 for the room. I would not go back there for that reason. Check-in was guaranteed for 5 pm but check-out was still 11 am.

Great services and convenient location

The lights didn't work in some places, and a couple of doors were a bit squeaky. But since they weren't in the main areas, it wasn't a big deal. I really want to give a big thank you to the staff. They were so kind to repeatedly store our luggage and took great care of my family. The location was incredibly convenient, and the view from our room was absolutely stunning. I'll definitely be recommending this place to my friends.

Hotel was close to Old Québec & staff was friendly. Did not like your housekeeping schedule. Was ok with many aspects such as not changing towels but did NOT like not even getting beds made daily. Customers pay a fairly high daily rate so feel that this should have been done. Soap dispensers were moldy.

The room and vie were lovely. Had room service on our first night. Food was ok. Left the next day around 9 with a note saying we were out of body wash. Returned to the room. We had new towels but our dishes from room service were still there! Good thing I rinsed some off. In addition, the bath soap dispenser was now off the wall and lying on the tub . Called desk. Dishes were picked up and then a guy came up to fix the dispenser while we were watching tv. Nice guy but really? Needed the wall to dry. Never did receive any bath gel! We were lucky at the check out. There was only one young woman at the check out desk. She was great but a line quickly formed. Several people were waiting for the concierge to check their bags. No concierge! We loved the panoramic view but the I think the hotel needs new management. The service should have been much better. No I would not stay here again.

Over priced. Room was so dirty behind the Murphy bed, it was actually gross. We woke uo stuffed up both morning, the room insulation was garbage and we had to adk two extra times to get the crib we asked and was being charged for. The lady that came for the Murphy bed was rude, but the rest of the staff was lovely. We were given two face cloths and towels for three people for three days.. Absolutely ridiculous, not even complimentary soap which I thought was pretty cheap for a hotel that charges too much for a room that needs renovations.
