Excellent location in the heart of Quebec City. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean. However, there was a noticeable old-building smell upon entering the hotel and in the room. While breakfast wasn’t offered on-site, there’s a great buffet just a 5-minute walk away that opens early.

Excellent location! Easy access to the train station, great for people that come from Montreal by train. The room was great with two large windows to the outside. Made it very bright and nice to stay in. Excellent service! I recommend to everyone!

The hotel is conveniently located at the lower and quieter part of Old Quebec. The staff was very helpful. Accommodation was clean and bed was comfortable. Our room had brick wall on one end. We liked it! The hotel has an elevator!!! Heard it’s not a given in Old Quebec. For the value and its location, it’s a good place to stay. Cafes and restaurants are within minutes to walk. The train station is walkable as well. One thing to note though, one needs to be able to walk uphill and downhill as is the case mostly in Quebec.

We stayed at this property during a recent trip to Quebec City and overall had a pleasant experience. The apartment was very clean and spacious. It was comfortable and convenient. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the main tourist area, restaurants, and shops, so getting around without a car was no problem. Parking across the street from property was also very convenient. The pull-out bed, however, could use an upgrade—it wasn’t the most comfortable for our third guest. With a few small improvements, this would easily be a five-star stay.

Staff personable and helpful, bed comfortable and clean, excellent internet connection. Unfortunately, there was a strong unpleasant odour on first entering the room which was immediately brought to the staff attention who promptly rectified while we went out.

It was a nice stay, clean and quiet. Staff were very professional and helpful. only 10 mins walk from the vIA Rail station. Very walkable and only 15mins to Chateau Frontenac. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Excellent stay at this hotel with a very convenient location to old town, the port and many great restaurants and bars. The newly renovated rooms are definitely nicer, I understand that eventually all the rooms will be done… the staff were friendly and professional and listened to our concerns and addressed them quickly. Louis-Charles was especially helpful. Thanks for a wonderful stay and we hope to return soon!
