Nous n’avons pas apprécié le service impersonnel de la place . Les personnes du ménage sont adorables mais le personnel de la réception téléphonique n’a aucune sympathie à nos demandes . La gestion « d’entreprise » de cet hôtel est vraiment désagréable .. De plus , beaucoup de choses sont un peu « caduque » il serait grand temps de s’assurer que le matériel soit remis à niveau

Everything was pretty near perfect! Charming historical building and surrounding. The one thing that may need improvement is the mattress. I found it was not firm enough for my back. Still i would definitely recommend this spot.

The place was beautiful and perfect location for exploring Old Quebec. My only complaint is that I always book a room with a tub which this had but without a plug for the drain. I called and they said to send pictures. I emailed, that didn’t work, texted, no response, left messages, nothing. So that was disappointing because I would have booked a different room/place for a functioning tub.

I loved the area, very walkable, restaurants and shops nearby. Beautiful Victorian boutique hotel. Would love to find out the history of it.

Perfect location for visiting Old Quebec. Near some great restaurants on St Louis and walking distance to anywhere in this beautiful part of Quebec City. Communication was great as there were no issues checking in with clear directions as there was no full time staff for arrival. Make sure to book parking as there are only 5 spots. Parking was sometimes tight with my truck but we managed. Definitely stay here again next time we visit.

Great location, overall nice hotel.

Overall it was good. The location is great, near every important site. The human reception is lacking, we never saw any person for check in or client service, everything is online or on the phone, and it's always better to be able to speak to someone in person.

Beautiful, elegant hotel. Easy instructions for entry. Loved that it was keyless. Hotel has kept all of the old charm. Bed was super comfy. Shower was amazing. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Close walk to everything, shops, restaurants, historical sites, anything and everything was easily walkable.

Although staff was responsive to text messaging, the front desk was never staffed during our four night stay. The room was comfortable and clean. We did not use housekeeping staff during our stay, but staff worked quietly in other rooms most mornings. They asked if we needed anything and showed us where we could get necessities, if needed. The hotel’s location is great for exploring Old Quebec City. The parking garage is very close too. We enjoyed our stay.

Hotel Le Clos Sant-Louise is in the heart of old Quebec City. It is a beautiful old building that is well-maintained and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and most helpful. We would stay again.

The hotel is not staffed, so I could only give 3-stars in that category. I didn't mind that is wasn't staffed... it did not impact our stay one way or another. The access to the hotel was secure and by a unique code. Our room was on the ground level with windows facing the front street. Although cars and pedestrians were passing by at all hours, the room was very quiet (except for one night my husband was woken up by the sound of a ghostly music box that was NOT in the room. LOL). It is a quick and direct walk down the street to the Quartier Petit Champlain and the funiculaire that takes you down to the Lower Town. We only took that up one time and walked the stairs and hilly streets the rest of the time.
