Electric outlet in bathroom doesn't work - missing smoke detector in room - very clean. Windows are a bit dirty. Grounds need a touch up. Overall pretty decent.

Bien pour un stop ou un court séjour à prix modique. Le personnel à l’accueil a été très courtois et serviable . Chambre propre, vieillotte, mais lit confortable. La base sans plus mais c’est tel qu’annoncé. Une alternative aux hôtels hors de prix à Québec en haute saison.

The room was not at all clean. For the amount we paid, we expected some basic facilities. The towels and bedsheets had stains and dirt.

In my reservation, I had requested for a 2nd floor or above room. It was not met. The room was dirty do were the towels. Had to use stairs. No elevator or ramp. It was a bad experience.

The property was in a good location as long as you have a vehicle. Some food options are within walking distance not too far (and 15 minute drive) to old Quebec. The room was very clean and the man at reception very helpful. The room itself was in the basement and felt quite dark and gloomy. Bed was quite soft. No coffee or phone in room. Some of the rooms on the main floor had a door to the outside so be sure to ask for that type of room to avoid a lower level room.
