The Hotel was ok. Expedia booked two rooms instead of the one room that I was confirmed a reservation number for. There was never a second reservation number associated with the second room that was mysteriously booked onto my credit card. So between Expedia and the Grand Times Holel, no one wanted to reimburse the second room. My credit card is presently taking care of the issue.

Very modern. Lighting are very dim beautiful fireplace place at the entrance. I booked through Expedia and they give $11 discount on the breakfast. The hotel didn’t tell me about it until I asked I feel that should be set up front.

My experience was mixed. The first night, February 6, was fine and quiet. However, on February 7, significant noise disturbances affected my stay. During the day, a group of teenagers were running through the hallways, shouting, and slamming room doors. In the evening and throughout the night, the noise became excessive. I contacted the front desk for the first time at 10:35 PM, and the noise stopped briefly. It then resumed more loudly. I made a second call to the front desk at 1:45 AM, but no staff member came to address the situation. Around 2:00 AM, I left my room and saw approximately 8 teenagers and 2 adult chaperones sitting in the hallway, shouting and drinking alcohol. Due to the lack of effective intervention, we were unable to sleep that night. At checkout, I spoke with the front desk agent, who informed me that a follow-up would be done. To date, I have not received any response. This situation had a significant negative impact on the quality of my stay.

L'hotel est superbe,propre et les chambres sont magnifiques, juste les oreillers sont trĂšs molles et les draps avaient des petits trous ...le pire pour moi est la jeune femme Ă  l'accueil ,aucun sourire, aucun bonjour, froide ,limite bĂȘte, clairement, je la dĂ©rangeait !!! Donc, un robot aurait Ă©tĂ© plus accueillant.
