There was a power outrage for the entire night. I am surprised the hotel doesn't have a generator or back up power supply and our entire stay at the hotel was without any power supply

We stayed at this hotel on June 23 for the Quebec National Holiday. The hotel itself has a great location and nice ambiance, but unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. Around 9 p.m., a storm caused a power outage. While we understand this was beyond the hotel's control, the consequences made our stay very uncomfortable: No air conditioning during a heatwave No lights in the room No hot water for showers Some of our food spoiled in the fridge and freezer No coffee or breakfast options in the morning We checked out the next morning around 10 a.m., feeling disappointed. We contacted the hotel for a refund or compensation, but never received a response. It’s unfortunate because the hotel has potential, but the lack of communication and support after such an inconvenient stay left a bad impression.

Good for one night only.

When we arrived to check in, there was a sign that said there was no room cleaning service. I asked if it was a joke and they told me no, that they were not going to clean the room, but that is wrong. You expect cleaning service and not find the room uncleaned the next day. That is why this hotel is only good for one night. Don't be fooled.

La machine à glace ne fonctionnait pas en pleine canicule et n'a pas été réparée, la toilette ne flushait pas la moitié du temps, manquait de tout au kiosque à café, Le seul micro-ondes de l'hôtel était extrêmement sale et n'avait pas son assiette tournante pour y déposer les contenants.
