I liked the style of the property and the quiet rooms. The check in took a long time (it was busy). There was only 1 staff member and after 10-15 minutes of waiting another showed up. Also, our room was quite warm and the ac wasn't turning on. I had to check with the front desk who did turn it on, but wasn't convenient for me to go ask for this in the summer time.

Staff is friendly - there just isn’t enough of them - as a result - long waits for check in, asking questions, bar service. We had to wait for staff to unlock a Murphy bed - an hour - while trying to get ready for bed. For the provided of the hotel, do better!!!

This was a halfway point from east coast to Ontario and it was perfect to access from the highway. Beds are super comfy and staff excellent. I would definitely stay here again. The only downfall is the resto across the street on weekends plays music quite late. I requested to have a room not facing it and not a sound.

The lighting was dark. We felt like sleep in a cell due to the exposed concrete. Too modern and coold. The good is the beds were very good. Comfortable nice bedding. Bathroom lighting made it hard to shave. Would not stay again unless it wasthe only place available in a bad snow storm

Our room was not ready, we were told it would be 8 minutes. 25 minutes later I had to ask again and but into the line of a dozen other people since they told me to wait and they would calle, but they did not. Got to our room for 4 people, only had 2 towels, 2 coffee cups and coffee packages . Tried to call the desk , got hung up on every time. No idea where the ice machine was , no info in room. Found a maid who only spoke Spanish but managed to get 2 extra towels from her and found the only I've machine was in the lobby, we were on the sixth floor. Had to go downstairs and reach behind the unmanned bar to get two more coffee cups. I was also charged $17.00 to park in the disabled parking spot which I had a pass for. Overall not impressed at all
