Elevator Down Button on 2nd floor was not working! Had use up button and go up floors before going down to main floor! We were carrying luggage so could not use stairs.

Because I was travelling with a large dog, I called the hotel to confirm that they accept large dogs in advance of booking. I was told that they do and was quoted a reasonable fee. I then booked through Expedia. When I arrived at the property they charged me a much higher fee for the dog, explaining that I had been speaking with the company’s call centre who had made a mistake. In spite of the fact that it was their mistake and I wouldn’t have stayed there if I had know the fee was that high, they would not reduce the fee to the amount I was originally quoted.

Gross bed. Sheets were dirty so was duvet cover

We arrived tired froma long drive. We got to our room. It has two beds. When I removed the cover the bed linen was disgusting. Looked like someone had sex on the side of the bed and made mess and sheets were never changed.. They were crusty and gross They wouldn't change out room.. Gave clean sheets made us change the bed.. That's not hotel service

The air conditioning didn't work. The room went up to 26 degrees C by the time we checked out in the morning. Also, the bed firmness was high enough to be uncomfortable.

Poor welcome: When we checked in on May 01, 2025 around 08:30, the receptionist had no interaction what so ever with us. I was even wandering if there was something wrong with our booking. It is not about the language as French is our 1st language, we lived at 100 meters of that hotel during 8 years and we are from that area.

Our room which was right next to the pool was large, clean and the bed was very comfortable, however there was water damage along the baseboards and the laminate flooring was separating at the joints throughout the space. The grab and go breakfast was mediocre at best with powdered eggs and substandard sausage.. Very disappointing for the $200 price tag for 1 night.
