Better for adults.

The outer area of the apartment "complex" is a little off-putting. Street is a bit dirty. Broken-glass-taped front apartment window, views back of apartment not great. The apartment itself was cute but smaller than it looked in photos. Had a strange odour, but clean. The air conditioner unit worked well for the bedroom it is in but doesn't cool the rest of the unit well. The bed was so hard, like sleeping on a wooden box. The pull-out couch slept like a pull-out couch. Bathroom door doesn't close properly. The apartment does have nearly everything you could need. It feels mostly secure with pinpad access to both the outer door and the apartment itself. Someone decided to push our door buzzer multiple times late at night one night. The washer and dryer worked well. The neighbourhood does not feel kid-friendly; we were approached by some strange folks multiple times a day when in basse-ville, always asking for money or cigarettes. There is a convenience store very close. Groceries are a 1km walk, straight uphill. Would recommend this apartment for adults/uni students, less so for families.
