(1) Although an address was provided, there is no GPS reception in the area and there is no clear property number visible at street level of the tin shack compound. If I had arrived in the dark, I would not have been able to find it. ...

Ashtray outside room wasn't emptied. Verandah had not been swept. Needs block out blinds in lounge room.
