Overall good

The room was as described, a little claustrofobic without any window, but you can select a room with it. Overall it was a good stay for 1 night and very convenient to be so close to the controls.

Great little cube rooms for a cozy, convenient stay. Beds are extremely comfortable, rooms are clean and has everything you need while being literally 50ft from the departure area so it's easy to make your morning flights. You're paying for the convenience but the convenience is exceptional. Also having immediate access to unlimited coffee/espresso/latter's via machine on each floor is slick

Gentlemen on reception, Gatwick, 0010 am Wednesday 13th was excellent: welcoming helpful, kind when I wasn't sure if to use the app Definitely use this hotel again. Very impressed with location, service, room and facilities, and online check-in /access arrangements.

Stayed there for convenience due to a flight the next morning. Shower, toilet and sink are all part of the same room. No spare toilet paper and no phone in the room. Had to go down to front desk to get more toilet paper!

The Bloc hotel was exactly as we had hoped. We stayed overnight in a Vista Plus room and did a late checkout as our flight got cancelled and we had to fly in the afternoon instead. The room had an amazing runway view and I spent quite a while planespotting and watching the airport vehicles buzzing around. Being the plus it also had a bit more space, a desk and a nespresso machine. We got given premium security entrance which was a massive bonus. We also used the discount they offered, just showed our room number card in Wetherspoons (Flying Horse only) and got 20% off :) Room was clean, bed was massive and very comfortable, huge TV also. Shower room is very small and is in all in one wetroom, trouble is the toilet etc gets wet when you have a shower, shame it's not a touch bigger.....the shower itself was amazing.....high pressure, hot, lovelly.

Convenient location inside terminal. Room had shower / toilet that was very dangerous for slipping as water drained slowly from floor. Large mirror next to bathroom was also dangerous as one could easily bump into it. Bed pushed against wall means you had to climb across it to get to inside. Lighting dull. Not pleasant overall. Needs redesigning.
