Very simple room (shower/toilet is a small wet room). The bed is again a wall. However, it’s clean, comfortable, and right by the departure lounge. There is a discount in the surrounding cafes, including Weatherspoon’s). There are water bottles and tea/coffee in the room. What it lacks in space is made up for in convenience.

In a 10 day trip, this was definitely the smallest room we stayed in and also surprisingly the most relaxing and comfortable. We were thrown off by the shower and toilet being in the same space, but the rainfall shower was wonderful and everything was so clean. The bed was by far the most comfortable and the room was soundproof.

Easy for a one night stay

Very helpful staff at check in. She let us check out later as they weren't busy. Conveniently located at Gatwick South & we had a 20% off at Weatherspoons.

Nice clean room and very convinient inside the ter

Great use of texh for automated access and control. The room was overall very comfortable but i have dropped a few stars in my assessemt as the heating control is not functioning well. Maybe an IT glitch. I set the temperature to be low and the room cooled down to a good level. After a hour or so , the system reset and the temperature increased. I am sure this is an eazy fix for the techies to solve

Basic compact room, great location

I didn't sleep very well, I think this was because I was worried about rolling over and hitting the wall. Shower was odd......I get that the rooms are compact but the toilet gets wet while you're in the shower

I didnt realize it was a wet shower. Lighting was poor and all lights to room had to be turned on to go to bathroom...bed and pillows of low quality and uncomfortable.

Exceptional service

We arrived at the reception around 1am after booking online. When we arrived at the desk to che king we were fold we couldn't became i had booked the wrong date. However, in the long run thevteam were very helpful with me contacting my booking agent to rectify it so the could chcheck us in. We finally checked in an was able to get a couple og sleep before our flight. The team at the receptiom were exceptiona!! I would stay there again. Thank you!!
