The resort is absolutely fantastic. The staff will do anything to ensure you have a good stay. The free activities are incredible. Make sure you try yoga with the incredibly skilled Wayan and the walks with the activities coordinator are well worth it to see parts of the area you would not have seen. I had a 2 hour massage and scrub experience with Riki which was absolutely incredible and so reasonably priced. I recommend the spa !The only problem at the moment is what staff call ‘the conservation project’ which is in fact heavy machinery on the beach moving rocks to build a rock wall. They work from 8am to 9:30pm at night. I don’t doubt it is essential work but I would stay there once it is finished (this year according to staff) or just make sure you select your room carefully. I had to change rooms and the staff were empathetic and responsive to my concerns. The trouble is the construction moved to underneath my balcony on my last morning making the balcony unusuable. Besides this I would highly recommend Candi Beach Resort.

I booked a deluxe room with ocean view. Their property is right on the beach, not merely nearby, like many other places that have beach in their name. Friendly staff, great restaurant, hot shower, big clean room, balcony, cold a/c. Near snorkelling sites. I highly recommend this stay.

1) They didn't have our name at the reception on arrival - took some time to find us 2) Our room had all the curtains closed on arrival and boiling hot... No aircon in the lounge (family room) 3) To get to the family rooms, you need the hotel car. They only have one hotel car, so sometimes you are waiting ages 4) They went to fill the car up with petrol at 9.30am on a Sunday at peak time, so no car was avabile 5) There is no manager working on a Sunday Family rooms 1) The floors are so slippy - we all fell over, adults and kids 2) They look much better in the photos Overal The main building is nice, including the pool but the above makes the place not a good stay

The position was excellent, but the property was tired and could do with a cosmetic lift. Otherwise good

Nice room and very friendly staff.

The hotel had clean rooms, a great pool area, good restaurant and friendly staff. We will definitely stay there again.
