In summary, villa is poorly maintained and kitchen in particular is poorly equipped. Cinzia, our host was largely responsive but I am not sure how other guests have cooked for a family given the lack of equipment.

Consider renting one with AC during the summer, the heat can be difficult to handle. Also keep in mind that you will not have housekeeping unless you stay over 9 nights. There’s not a lot of flexibility on check in. Still, the place is a corner of paradise, beautiful!
