Everything was fantastic, the only improvement would be having the food in the main dining room kept at a hotter temperature. Many items were luke warm at best. The room key on the bracelet is genius though! Overall I would recommend to anyone.

I've stayed at this resort previously in 2020 but this time it felt very run down. Some things were still very nice but other things just look like they are not being addressed. One Very disappointing situation was me personally witnessing a staff member racially discriminate 2 different groups of people in the same evening. I chose Not to say anything to the front desk because I know everyone needs a job but this kind of thing is uncalled for and has NO Place in our world today. Highly Disappointed

Excellent resort. The rooms and the resort were very clean, staff was friendly, never waited long for drinks, food was excellent at buffet and all the a la cart restaurants. There was nightly entertainment and dancing. We will be back for sure.

We had a great time at the Divi. Location is great always able to get chairs on the beach. The pool was a little more difficult to get chairs. Resturants were a chore to get into. We were not able to get into all the resturants because of availability. We did end up eating out 1 night. Staff were for the most part very nice. All in all we would go back.

The property itself is very clean, rooms are updated so are nice. The only thing is the entertainment/activities could use some upgrade as there is no music, games or any kind of entertainment during the day. The nighttime bands/music would benefit some improvements

Stairways were left unswept and unwashed for 7 straight days. Elevator did not appear to be wiped down inside Transportation was ok but for activities that start at 8 am at the tameran the trolley was not yet available Food was good. Most servers were great Surprised that there was no booklet in rooms with area activities, restaraunts/ menus , pool rules and hours. store/spa hours etc. Beach was great & free of debris . Loved water stations for hydration and love the bracelet room keys!
