Property is beautiful, staff is friendly, and drink are on point. Elite club swim-up rooms are AMAZING!!!I Food was okay, not a amazing... could use some improvement for those that know what true Dominican cuisine actually tastes like.

One of the things we didnt like about the stay was the kids club. Not only they only offered little time (10am to 12pm and 3 to 5pm) the rude staff at the kids club told us we could only leave them for 30 mins, which was the time of one of their activities, so basically the kids club was useless. I also didnt trust their staff, they were rude and had an attitude. If we wanted to leave them for the 2 hours they consider it baby sitting and they told us it would be 20 dollar per hour. We also saw that a mom with their mother and her daughter asked something to one of the staff and she was very rude, the mom left with a confused look. Food was not that great. They had different type of food every day, but it felt almost the same with some variation. Breakfast was almost the same everyday. We liked the aqua park and the kids water park, although it was a bit small.

we travel with the grown-up kids in their 20s and stayed for one week Very nice and quiet property Amazing food choices, buffets are not overwhelmed with same food every day, but rather have very unique food choices Best steaks in the main dining buffet grill to your taste and twice we had lobster in dining buffet

The staff seemed like they’re just there to make their money. When we checked in that evening our pillows smelled like sweat all 8 of them. Called to get them replaced and they took 1hr after calling a second time and only brought one pillow, and told me to tell the morning lady to have them changed. The coffee maker had Mold!!! That looked like it had been months without use. If I could share a picture I would but there’s no upload on here. 5 nights $3500 definitely expected A LOT better.

We came here for a family vacation and greatly enjoyed our stay. There was a plethora of cuisine options and the facilities were kept very clean. The staff was always so friendly and helpful and the beach is so beautiful. Highly recommend for your next all inclusive stay.
