The resort itself was beautiful and the service was great. Huge shoot out to Cesar, he was the best! The nightlife was lacking. The food was terrible. The only thing we liked food wise was the hibachi restaurant.

Had to change room three times. First room had no working AC. We reported the issue in the morning and we returned to our hotel room at night it wasn’t fixed. They put us in the room with twin beds after we confirmed king size. We had to pack our luggage and go down stairs to lobby only to be back on the third floor right next to our old room. Supervisor was never available. At multiple requests to speak to supervisor we were told to come back in 30 mins but no success. Concierge offered complementary massage for our troubles but never scheduled/informed us of scheduled time after reaching out to him.

Loved the resort great vibes service and attention. Rafael my check in concierge was excellent and had all my reservations great service. Juan from the spa made my spa days fabulous and special. The female staff at the resort (majority) are very rude. They roll their eyes and stare at you in an awkward way. I had a great experience with check-in, but after that it ALL went down hill from there. The food was not good at all and they served the same meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They build the meals based off of European culture and water down the Dominican culture. The food is not authentic Dominican food.

App was helpful, but couldn’t have had a good experience without using Rafael and Caesar (concierge). They booked us dinner every night and were great resource for questions and general insight to the properly. They made our experience great.

Rafael Peguero, was great. The food was not good. I was sick my first day of eating. My room didn’t have good lighting. The bed was very comfortable. I would have preferred not have to be expected to do a time/share etc

We had a good stay at Grand Palladium. Our room was clean and the maid came everyday while we were out. We ate at an a la cart restaurant almost every night. Rafael our concierge was very helpful in booking our dinner reservations and even included my sisters family in our reservations. He made sure our rooms got decorated for the birthday and anniversary we were celebrating. He check on us everyday to make sure we had everything we needed.
