Casa de Campo Resort and Villas offers 315 air-conditioned accommodations with private hot tubs and iPod docking stations. Rooms open to balconies or patios. Pillowtop beds feature down comforters and premium bedding. Guests can make use of the in-room espresso makers and minibars (stocked with some free items). Casa de Campo is a beautiful property. The staff and rooms are amazing. I love this place. I have two items in which I thought could have been better. The beach was a bit of hike from where we were. Also I would have preferred more options for a simplify dinner. The restaurants were high rated but at times, I would have preferred a simple sandwich or salad or maybe just a burger. Either way, I will go back. I loved it!

This is a beautiful luxury resort. The service was top-notch but be prepared to pay premium price for food & drinks. We did receive an Expedia bonus of free buffet breakfast for 2 every morning but we had to explicitly request that the hotel honor this because it was not originally included; otherwise, this would've cost us $90/day (not a typo) including obligatory taxes & tip! Besides the pool, gym, and 2 restaurants in the hotel area, everything else is very far away: the beach, grocery store, movie theater, marina restaurants, Altos de Chavon area. You cannot walk there, you have to take a very slow-moving golf cart which was included. Cars go around you very fast and upset at all the golf carts on the road. We did not feel safe riding the golf carts at night.
