The check in process and restaurant reservations didn’t work on the app so I got locked out of all dining options. The buffet food was scarce and hard to get with no clean dishes. Also the check in process in person was a disaster. At one point I almost left the resort because we weren’t getting any a la carte dinners that we paid for.

The property is in pretty good conditions. Lots of things to do. Didn't like that I was allow to make only 4 dinner reservations for 9 nights. It is not advertised like that. Thankfully I brought up my concern to the check in supervisor and they were able to accommodate the dinner reservations for tge remaining nights.

I just returned from a 7 night trip with my family. I will start first with the positive and include other thoughts about the trip. The 2 bedroom suite fit my families needs as my older daughters wanted their own room and bathroom. My family and I really enjoyed the Brazilian and Italian restaurants. It is too bad that in one week time we could only make 3 dinner reservations for specialty restaurants. The check in process took entirely too long as our suite was not ready on time and actually was ready 90 minutes past the check-in time. The front staff kept telling me to wait and get back into line several times to check if the suite was ready. It was clear that the front desk staff had no idea when our suite would be ready. This was very frustrating for me after a long morning of travel. My husband was speaking with a manager at the front desk who told him to wait there to be helped. And the manager never returned to help him. The second bathtub was looked quite dirty after check in and toilet paper holder fell down and staff just propped it back up without even trying to fix it. Every day I had to call and ask for facecloths to be delivered to my room for my family to use despite speaking with Guest Services and Housekeeping staff about this. On 2 occasions I had to call twice because the face cloths were not delivered after my initial call. We still enjoyed our stay though I believe some changes are needed to address the concerns that I shared.

Beach we can not use, so much algae, food 50% of our family had stomach issues, employees driving golf cars without any responsibility, drinks very poor quality. The resort itself it’s nice but, others think it’s very poor quality
