My wife and I were very disappointed with our overall experience at the resort.
Check‑in took almost 30 minutes, even though the line wasn’t very long and there were plenty of staff members walking around.
The room cleanliness was poor. Housekeeping only replaced the towels and made the bed, but the bedroom and bathroom floors remained dirty throughout our entire stay.
Aside from the entertainment team, most of the staff were not friendly and service was consistently slow during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The resort allows you to book one restaurant for every three days of your stay, but reservations appear to be fully booked even though many tables sit empty when you arrive.
In the shopping areas, the guys in front of the stores keep following you inside the store, and pushing you buy things.
Lastly, when we went to Flame, we waited 30 minutes before anyone took our order, and the waiter only came after we called him over.
