Resort is lovely. I ve been a guest since 1982. The grounds are very well kept. The room was very clean, spacious and well decorated. The pools were spotless and the restaurants were quite good.

Hyatt Ziva is a beautiful place, with a beautiful staff. The resort is clean, with plenty of amenities for the whole family. El chef Ceasar is a culinary master, have him make you his camaron diabla plate. We'll be back again.

The amenities were fantastic. The food and drinks were delicious. The activities were a lot of fun. The room was comfortable. The pool and beach were convenient. Best of all, I enjoyed the staff that was there. They were very courteous and did their best to make the experience a great one for my family. Gabriela who manages the front was very professional and attentive. Everyone worked so hard and I had the best time. This was my first trip to an all-inclusive resort as my family always usually travels to Hawaii for warm vacations but this experience was fantastic and opened my eyes to the buzz about Mexico. Great value and I highly recommend. We will definitely be coming back.
