This hotel is a solid 4/5. The staff are plentiful and excellent. They really seem to care. The property is in good condition. Sure, there are a few pool tiles missing but it’s a very large pool and the missing tiles make no difference. The food is pretty good but there are buffet dinners available just two nights a week. Try the cevicheria just open 12-5. The grounds are excellent. The beach is wide but not easily swimmable as it is steep at the water and there is a shore break.

Great family vacation

Our stay was very cozy for our first vacation as a family of three. The staff were very accommodating and everything was very close in proximity. The mattresses and pillows were not as comfortable as we would have liked but overall we had a great time.

Pet policy was not clear and after paying additional about 80 USD per night for an 18 LB dog. They did not allow eating with pet in restaurants and was very restrictive. Over all not very good experience. Food and drink quality were sub par. I will not go back to this property.

This was my first time staying in Puerto Vallarta and this resort did not disappoint! The entire resort was absolutely gorgeous. The location of the resort is also convenient as its in the city of Puerto Vallarta so we were within walking distance of shops. The food was amazing - my group and I really enjoyed the Italian restaurant and the taco restaurant by the pool. The drinks were also great; the bar staff were able to make any request. The service we received was absolutely phenomenal. Within a couple of days of staying at the resort, it seemed that almost all staff had known us by name. There was also what I assume to be a manager who came by every morning while we were at the buffet to check in with us and let us know about the activities that would be taking place that day. My only complaint would be the 24-hour room service. We ordered food two times late at night (I would say around 1am) and the food didnt show up either time. Overall, had a fantastic experience at Fiesta Americana and I would definitely come back here!

Staff is friendly food is excellent. Place is beautiful but entertainment is not existent. Place is great for older people but not families. My teenage son was bored the whole time.Cant have ball in the pool most pppl are to old to play beach volley ball. So only other options are , u can play pimg pong with broken paddles or cornhole. There is als aqua aerobic and bingo...if you not looking for entertainment but for quiet time. You will love it here. Cervitche restaurant is unreal
