This isn't my first time at this hotel; previously, the service was excellent. This time, however, it was the complete opposite. Starting with Eliza, the person in charge of making a restaurant reservation, she was incredibly rude and had absolutely no desire to help us. Incredibly, the only person who made us feel welcome was Roberto, one of the waiters who works at the buffet. The rooms are run-down, and even the food quality isn't the same. Sadly, it wasn't a good experience. I don't recommend it.
