Unforgettable

Really outstanding, the views of the waterfall are simply breathtaking. The service, the amenities and the fact of being right in the heart of the national park is a true privilege. Food and staff were amazing, and you can be the first visitor in the park right when it opens, with literally the trails just for you. Don’t miss it!

This was a truly wonderful experience. Everything about the hotel was fantastic. Lovely food. I also enjoyed the ceviche and pisco making event, and the wine tasting event. Nice swimming pool, with clear views of the waterfalls. Highly recommended.

the location and view cannot be beat! the access to the trails in the park are perfect. the breakfast buffet was great. best meat empanadas. the pool is my favorite pool i've ever swam, in the entire world!

We enjoyed very much the nice welcome that included a refreshing cold mate and a cool damp towel to freshen up and once you enter the property's doors the view will take your breath away. Service was great in general, Hugo helped us at breakfast and explained to us the mate process. Hugo was just amazing! On the other hand, I have to say Marcelo, was our driver, and was supposed to take us on a day trip to the Brazilian side of the falls but the experience was not so great. Firstly he was not aware of the Brazilian board crossing rule and made us very nervous even saying we could be arrested so he took us all the way there and then decided to takes us back. He made us uneasy and nervous and then supposedly spoke to his supervisor saying then his supervisor said it was okay to cross. Needless to say we didn't want to do anything else with him. On top of that, he charged us 70 dollars to takes us back to the hotel although we stopped at Iguazú Town to buy some things. We thought that was a lot of money for the time. The next day we called an external taxi company that took us there and assured us that whole situation was not neccesary and for way less money. Lesson here, make sure you understand visa requirements and check all alternatives before you trust the hotel for excursions.

Location of hotel is in the national park, you can walk to the falls, outdoor area is nice, rooms are very disappointing, very small, basic furniture, small basic bathrooms, Too expensive, overall the location is nice but rooms are not worth it
