Nice check in, nice room. However - while attempting to enjoy my breakfast a 6 AM I had a confrontation with a member of the staff. He approched me with friendly small talk, including the weather. I returned with polite dialogue. He veered into the scie ce of global politics and I politely debated. Suddenly he wanted to know if I supported Trump. Then he LAUNCHED into an endless diatribe of profanity. His raised voice was close to a yell that I endured for a couple minutes, including wanting to "take this out to the parking lot", which is a implied physical threat. Eventually he turned away and co tinyed his rant thru the lobby and out the main doors. I stood there in shock that someone that unhinged had any job in anything customer service related.
This was 6 AM on Dec 23rd, 2025, at the Ramada in Provo, UT. The staff member didn't wear a name badge, but he can be identified as a white male vapor in his late 60's.
