Stayed for several days. We asked several times for them to come and tidy the room. They say they, were several times, they never did even though we kept following up on them to make sure they come and clean the room. Never did. I talked to housekeeping, and they told me that the front desk never let them know. At the end we spent several days in the rule was never cleaned, not once. The key cards kept breaking and not working every two hours. We had to update our key cards every two hours because they stopped working, no matter what we did. Television did not work and was dated.

Upon arrival, I was told that there was no accessible room available, even though I had a confirmed reservation for one. The clerk said that some were booked and the others were dirty and that I would simply have to find another hotel (I have a broken leg and needed an accessible room, which is why I reserved one.) I mentioned again that my reservation was confirmed, and she agreed, but said no room available. Upon my request to speak to the manager, the clerk called the manager, who told her to relay to me we'd have to find another hotel. We had been traveling all day and it was getting dark - hard to find another hotel at that point. I told the clerk that I wanted to speak personally with the manager and that we would be in the restaurant. The clerk said the manager would come and talk to us, which never happened. At any rate, after our meal, we were told by the clerk that there was in fact suddenly an accessible room for us. So - the check in was a horrible experience and the clerk was not helpful. The room was fine with a comfortable bed. The toilet didn't flush, though.

Breakfast was just ok, pretty limited selection. Both ice machines were out of order. Knob on our closet was just hanging by the screw. Property is getting worn out. Attached steakhouse is still our favourite. Always excellent.

I would never stay here again. Showed up, check in was fine. Got to the room and it looks someone bleed to death on the mattress and tub looks like something was soaking in it for months. It was so gross we didn’t even want to shower in it. Spoke with the staff and showed them the pictures, they said they would let the manager know and see if they could maybe refund some of the cost. We don’t need the refund but just wanted to warn others.
