Desk managers were personable and accomodating. I have stayed there before because it is affordable and meets my needs. The only area of improvement is the key system. Almost everytime I tried to get in the door , the keys didn't work. It happened the last time I stayed there as well. Perhaps a keyless system would work better.

Roach motel would be better thsn this dump

Absolutely horrible. There is no elevator despite the description. Supposedly no ground floor rooms available. Bathroom door doesnt fit so you have to pry it open and body slam it to close it. Bathtub doesnt drain. Had to beg for more towels so each of us could have one. Had to unplug things in the room just to be able to plug in phone charger. No working exhaust fan in the bathroom. Keys only worked part of the time which meant more trips back up and down the narrow stairs. Keys only worked on one entrance, which was not the one near the room. Front desk not helpful and found it funny to watch someone limping who had to make wxtra trips up and down said stairs. WILL NEVER GIVE THEM BUSINESS AGAIN!

Won't Stay Again

While relatively clean overall, the couch was filthy. The walls were paper thin. We had to listen to the couple in the next room going at it until after 2 am. Not up to the standards I expect from a Ramada. There was a notable lack of electric plugs. I had to pull the bed out from the wall to get at the plug dead center behind the head of the bed for my cpap and there was no cover plate on the outlet.

Too many barking dogs.

The bathtub was dirty. The bathmat was ripped. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is pet friendly so there were a lot of barking dogs throughout the evening. The curtains did not close all the way. Not very secure. I forgot my key in the room and the desk clerk did not ask any questions, just gave me a key.
