Travelled as a single. Nice room in older building (poor water pressure in shower), excellent cleaning, JoJos was good, Pelago was awful (note: hotel manager did apply partial refund after chatting with her), pool chairs with umbrellas can be difficult to find (people get up at 6 AM to throw towels on chairs to claim for the day), day spa was good - good Swedish Massage, not a very wide beach, staff was nice/polite- but did not go out of their way to be warm or informative, there is a happy hour bar-but darned if I could find it, nice that the hotel is next to/on Princess Alexandra Reef, but a few miles from “downtown”, cab rides were $16 each way to and from town, tremendous amount of building going on in/around Providenciales - good & bad, had fun at the very touristy Thursday Night Fish Fry, disappointing “sail” on Lady Grace-but in part was due to weather related seas that prevented snorkeling. All in all a nice few days, just not spectacular.

Room was spotless, staff was super friendly and helpful. Would have given 5 stars but the light that comes in to the bedroom at night was really bright. Could use some darkening shades to cut that light off. Wanted to sleep in a little on vacation. Besides that I would highly recommend.

The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night the first two nights of my reservation. I could not stay due to the fact that I have severe post traumatic stress disorder. I attempted to speak to the staff and manager. I was not given an opportunity to change rooms and was not able to stay there. I was still charged the full amount and have not received any compensation. The staff is as otherwise fine.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. After checking out, I was charged for a bottle of wine that I never took or consumed. When I brought this to their attention, the situation was not handled professionally or fairly. Being falsely charged for items is unacceptable and raises concerns about their billing practices. Guests should not have to worry about being charged for things they did not use. This experience completely overshadowed my stay, and I would not recommend this hotel unless they improve their accountability and customer service.
