Hotel staff was very nice. Check in was easy. Rooms small but good enough. Pool was good but a bit cold. Only problem is parking and bringing in belongings. There is only 3 spots to load and unload at the entrance. Then you must park in the parking garage across the street and around the corner. Staff was great and explaining where to park and take an elevator but you need to walk a good 10 tp 12 minutes to get back to hotel or car. But other then that pretty good hotel for the price

Fighting and shady charges

Super dirty, hidden charges until i asked for an itemized reciept, people fighting in the hallways and we had children with us. Nothing but drunks around and staff did nothing to control the situations

The hotel did not offer free parking and had yo drive to another hotel parking lot to park my car which the hotel validated at a total of $60 for the weekend. I used to come to this hotel all the time when it was the Delta Barrington which had valet parking right beside the hotel that the valet parked and wore Scottish kilts. The hotel has gone downhill, the rooms were lacking upkeep with peeling wall paper and worn furniture like the desks and TV stand stain was wearing off. Been a few years since I stayed there bit very disappointed and will find somewhere else next time. The rest of our plans went great as the hotel does have an excellent location.

Rooms are getting pretty rough. Huge party next door to us but the walls seem pretty thick. Parking is covered but a long walk away and expensive!! Idk if I would stay again. There are other downtown places that a just as convenient and cleaner.

Pool was only 1.2 meters deep not posted on hotel website and pool was freezing, pool water not very clear, mold on ceiling tiles in the pool area. The room was way too warm air would only go to medium maintenance came said it will cool soon no it did not got a fan for the next night still very warm was very quiet bed comfortable would I stay again no i will not.
