We stayed for 2 nights. We tried to check in at 2:30 instead of 3, and were told that it would cost an extra 23 dollars. So we waited in the lobby for 30 minutes. The first night there was a child running in the room above us until 11:00 pm. We were told that if we needed to leave in the morning there were grab and go bags for breakfast. There weren’t. The second day we tried to swim I. The pool the pool was so cold we couldn’t and the water slide was closed. That night the same child was running not stop above our heads. I did call down to the desk and they x said they would take care of it. An hour later when it was still happening I went down to the desk and complained. It did finally stop. At 1 am that night there was a loud party out side the main door to the hotel. That also went on for some time. I did want to leave a complaint when we checked out in the morning but there was no desk clerk, and once again no grab and go breakfasts. So the housekeeper took our keys but no apologies for anything. For a total cost of 432.00 dollars. We won’t be going back.

The building and property are an excellent condition. Well maintained and clean. The staff is super professional and engaging. The room was clean and inviting. This is almost a destination hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Comfortable rooms. Continental breakfast amazing. Good location. Only issue was the noise feom thw semi-trucks using their jake break. Oh. The staff was very kind and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Was a good location, close to things. Check in was slow. Then they forgot my late check out, said they would add and didnt. Before and at just 11 am i had 2 people come and ask when i was leaving. We left just after 11 as it seemed noone knew what was going on and were eager to get us out. Was nice to have a pet!. BEAWARE! WATERSLIDE ONLY RUNS 3 HOURS A DAY. 9-10, 1-2 7-8. WHICH IS NOT LISTED. Very disappointing and not what we were expecting. It is also monitored which is fine but the person was very strict and dozing off not paying attention to the go light.

Nice hotel but a bit expensive.

When we arrived in town we went to check in an hour early because we were tired. We were told the room was ready but it would cost $30.00 to check in early. Charging over $200 a night wasn't enough I guess.

Best in Prince George.

Clean, comfortable, 3 adults each had own bed with sofa bed. Breakfast was decent. The best stay in Prince George in my opinion.

Newly built hotel with spacious and well equipped rooms. Great facilities with a pool with a slide and a gym. It was busy, with lots of families, but the whole facility is big enough and well designed so not an issue. Excellent buffet breakfast. Probably the best overall hotel of our 3 week family trip. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, it’s been the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in Prince George. It’s located outside of the city and it’s mostly peaceful despite being close to the Highway.

We love staying here when we travel to Prince George. Clean, safe and friendly service. The breakfast is one of the best. Lots of parking for our big truck.

Excellent hotel. Fast check in, well laid out. Room is basically new with every amenity. Bed was like a dream! Lots of space overall and bathroom was equal to the rest of the room. Nice little pool and hot tub. Provided breakfast was excellent in a full size restaurant type setting. Had all the buffet items you would want from pancakes and bacon, to fruit and cereal and many types of juice and coffee. Overall excellent property
