This is a bit of a unique property. The good - location, bed comfort, shower is nice.quiet hotel. The meh - feels like an ibis type hotel, basic. Only shampoo and soap provided, breakfast was adequate but nothing special. Same items each day. The bad - no waters supplied. Room didn’t have a couch or a desk although it was a room I selected. For the price if you want a basic accommodation it works. from the outside it looks 5 stars and inside 3. Next time I think I will spend a little more and get better accommodations.

Small comfortable well appointed room. Great sleep

Small but well appointed room was only staying for one night so only needed a place to sleep really as was out of the room for most of the time. Great location clean and comfortable bed only slight draw back tv didn’t work but just connected my iPad.

Perfect hotel for a short stay. Conveniently located 5 minutes walk from Prague Main Station. You can get the AirPort Express bus to and from here. 10 minutes into Old Town. We did everything by walking i.e. old town, lesser town, Charles bridge, Prague castle, Jewish quarter, rotating head. Staff very friendly and nice. Great bathroom, shower and huge tv with YouTube.

The Gold bank is rate ‘bronze’

Nice hotel located near main train station. Rooms too warm and beds/ pillows not so comfy but a nice interior. Breakfast has a good choice . We asked for an iron and had to chase it up 4 hours later and carry the iron and board to the room ourselves

A luxury hotel at very affordable prices. Very quiet, comfortable beds, luxurious room, perfect location for either train stations, metro station and also getting into the centre was only a 5 minute walk. Would definitely recommend for anyone staying in Prague

The cleanliness of the rooms was inadequate. When we first arrived, the bed sheets hadn't been changed, and the toilet was dirty. However, the staff was helpful and moved us to a different room. The next day, after our room was cleaned, we moved back.

This hotel was in the perfect location in Prague. It is about an 8-minute walk to Old Town which is where all the restaurants, bars, train station and historical landmarks are. The rooms were nice and clean. Check in was fast and easy, they had good Wi-Fi, I felt safe walking around the area even late at night, friendly staff. I even had the misfortune of having my luggage lost and told front desk if they could notify me when my luggage to arrives. They went as far as leaving my luggage in my room which was the highlight of my day. The only reason I do not give this hotel 5 stars is because of the art and cleaning service. I have read reviews about the art being cringy or weird and they were right. When you walk into the hotel, it looks upscale but when you go up and see the photos of a random woman with gold and black splattered paint on her face, it cheapens the overall aesthetic of the hotel. It is not a painting it's just a photo. I had some water bottles piled up on the fridge hoping staff would throw away when they came to clean, and the cleaning service came into my room and cleaned but did not throw away the bottles until 2 days later. Other than that, I still wouldn't mind staying here because it is in the perfect location for a good price.

Good central hotel

Stayed from Jan 6th to 11th. Hotel was beautifully decorated, room was warm and cozy. My double bed however was two singles pushed together and 2 single duvets! Bathroom smelt of sewage and I reported this but it never got resolved. Check in was not very welcoming and lacking in general friendliness. Requested a room with a bath as the description noted bath or shower and was told shower was my only option! Overall it was good value for money for the hotel condition just lacking a bit of friendly customer service
