Central location. Five minutes on foot from the main train station and a few yards from the tram line. A bit removed from city center but the tram comes every few minutes and you can get there in minutes.

Customer Service

The check in process was terrible as the hotel was not aware of my booking of 2 rooms via Hotels.com and insisted that I only have one room in my booking. The check in was dragged for a long time and we were even asked to pay upfront for another room. It was finally found out that the 2 rooms booked by me under one itinerary number was recorded separately by the hotel and they did not have the itinerary number from Hotels.com

Good location, a supermarket next door, a large Palladium mall next street, and old town is within walking distance. Room quality is what you expect to get from Marriot, nothing less and but also nothing more. Service is generally OK, the staffs will answer if you ask.

Well the first rooms were tired and beat up. Then they transferred us to a newer wing. That was quite pleasant. That said the bathroom had a smell like sewage that would come and go. All in all it was a wonderful swimming pool and pleasant hotel. I would not go back to it though

Our stay was overall good. Unfortunately upon check out, the front desk, Maxsym, was less than helpful and spoke rudely. He asked if I needed a cab to go to the airport, I politely said that I was going to reserve an uber instead. He said no, that he would call a cab for me because it will be faster. I asked very directly what the cost difference would be if I took the cab instead of the uber, he said it is exactly the same. This was a lie! The cab he called clearly had an arrangement as he did not have a meter running and charged 70% more than an uber!! Dishonest and untrustworthy. I will never return to this property again!
