Staff was very helpful and gave us great advice to make the best of our short stay. The bubbly, bath, and slippers were the best after traveling. Location was fantastic. Our room was huge. The bathtub amazing. Felt like royalty.

We booked last minute,due to a cancellation from our original booking. The Hotel Caesar was in the area we needed to be but had to pay top dollar,due to our last minute booking/letdown. The hotel itself is well situated with good transport links when visiting Prague,so in all a well placed location. It states it's a four star property,however we disagree with this statement,although clean,well serviced and heated,a lot of things require updating and facilities could be vastly improved. The hotel bar was never open when we visited,no coffee or milk supplied in the room,no large mirror,only a mirror in the bathroom for use,so girls doing your make up think about taking your own! Shout out to Patrick on reception who was helpful and informative,and very professional. All in all a pleasant stay,not our usual type of hotel,but as stated last minute left us with little option during the festive period.
