My stay at this hotel was awful. The shower water was ice-cold one night, making it unusable. When I reported this to reception, the staff rudely responded, “What do you want me to do about it?”—completely unprofessional and dismissive. To make matters worse, the hotel falsely advertises laundry services on Expedia and their website, even providing a “laundry bag” in the closet, but reception informed me they don’t offer this service. This misleading information and poor service made for a horrible experience. Avoid this place at all costs.

Basic quality but poor service

Poor service/conditions. No drinking water bottle in the room despite glass cups being in the room. No soap in the bathroom despite asking to get that sorted. Door locker from inside broken, doesn’t closes. Very very outdated furniture, needs a proper lift up. I would never stay there again.

Almost Perfect Experience

Wish check in was abit simpler, the stay other than that was perfect! Reception was very friendly and helpful, room was amazing, spacious and comfortable and clean. Breakfast was sufficient and delicious as well, thank you for the pleasant stay!

Bad; one outlet, leak in the ceiling if you kept the bathroom light on too long, beds are all single, no queen or king size. Front desk was not 24/7. Good;quiet, walls kept me from hearing other rooms, internet was really good, didnt cut out playing games as much as other hotels but sometimes it would. Price was great for the stay

Not worth it.

You pay too much for what you get. Room is small and suffocate feeling. No sunlight or air. The main entrance smells from cigarettes. Some things did not worked in the room. No kettle or coffee machine in the rooms. I suggest to find a better place. Sorry. My experience. One good thing - always hot water in the shower.

Only issue was time to check in to get the key. Also last night the key card failed and we had to call the other hotel for someone to come and reactivate but they were very quick

This hotel had the smallest room I had ever seen in a hotel. Maintenance was sub-par. I was considering paying for breakfast at the hotel, but overheard some Germans complaining about the poor selection as well as the many flies in the breakfast room. All in all this hotel was very disappointing.

Absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at

Never ever stay in this hotel, cannot say anything good about it, we had to change our room due to lack of air con and we also couldn’t open the windows, so basically no fresh air. After we changed the room, the bed has been broken as well as soap dispensers and the cleaners have also thrown away my teeth retainer worth £240, because they thought it was trash :) Breakfast had old and hard bread as well as weird tasking cucumber and tomatoes. Never choose this hotel for your visit in Prague, will leave a bad taste of the city.

Very basic and dated hotel. Stayed for two nights. Had issues starting with the checkin. There was a mixup with bookings, which eventually was sorted out. We had booked a room with two twin beds, and were told that it was not possible ( issues with Expedia and hotel communication). Had to change one room as air conditioning was not working. Mattresses were very old and had to ask for a replacement mattress as there was a sharp piece of metal pointing up out of the merges. Air conditioner in the other rooms also not working and were told by the reception that multiple rooms have non- working air conditioning as the building is old. Ended up keeping the windows open, but was very noisy throughout the night from noise of cars and loud people in the street. There was water dripping from the ceiling in kids room which we did not even report to the hotel as we were tired. Would not recommend
