Seems all the amenities were on a super high level The shaving mirror more than 2 mt height The deposit safe at about 2 meter height The tissue paper dispenser more than 2 meter height The toilet paper dispenser about a metre behind the seat !!!!

Great hotel with old world charm

This hotel was right near the Charles bridge and very close to the city center. It was very easy to find. The only issue was the parking it’s incredibly difficult to find parking and they do offer valet if you book it ahead of time. The breakfast was incredible and the staff were the best part of this hotel! The staff were all extremely helpful and polite.

Our stay was amazing. Our room had an excellent view and all the things we needed. Check in and out was easy. The people working the desk were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was amazing!! 10 of 10 would stay here again. Location was great also

A mixed stay. On the plus: Great location to explore Prague on foot, reasonable price, friendly and helpful staff especially for transfers to/from train station and airport, good breakfast buffet, very large room, good aircon. On the negative: Only appears to be a 4* hotel due its location and room size. No bar, no room service, very noisy with trams passing by very close by and little sound proofing to corridor outside, broken shower, very recently installed smart TV not setup and completely unusable due to antenna being disconnected any anything else needing a Samsung login.... staff did not seem to know anything about it. Could be a great hotel with some small improvements.

Fantastic location a short walk from The Charles Bridge and next door to The Prague Beer Museum which was amazing. Breakfast very good and some quirky touches around the hotel. Generally very good and would go back.
