Great view from the apartment. Apartment is spacious and comfortable. Checkin is not easy as keys collection is at a different location. Our apartment was on the second floor and there was no lift.

Great location, overlooking the river and a short walk from the center of the Old Town. Apartment was nice and clean, and staff were very helpful with instructions on how to collect keys etc.!

Overall this was a great little apartment with a perfect location! Stove top was broken -which they had told us about And we didn’t cook at home anyway. Kitchen could have used cloths and towels and we couldn’t figure out how to turn on the ac-so directions would have been great

Disappointed. Did not inform us that the stove glass was damaged and not working. We could not cook. Open pub downstairs which, due to customers noise could not sleep till late. All the smoke from smoking from customers penetrated in the bedroom. We had second hand smoking at nights till very late. Too tired in the morning due to lack of sleep.

The appartment is in an excellent location, we stayed in this appartment 7 years ago, we liked it so much that we've come back to stay here again . However this time around our experience was different. I've found dealing with the staff very inflexible, for every little variation to the conditions they were available but only for a fee, like dropping our suitcases at the appartment 1 hr earlier. The appartment is dated and not as clean as before, hot water system very temperamental, at times hot water wasn't available. Parking was only available on the street and very expensive. Prague is overcrowded with visitors from around the world and because of it tourists are taken for granted. This was our third visit to Prague since 2009, sadly was also our last.

Great spot. Well setup. Helpful staff

The apartment was well set up. Had everything including kitchen and clothes washer. It was right across the street from the river and only a few minutes walk from St. Charles bridge. Public transportation was only a few minutes in either direction. The only issue was noise and smoke from the courtyard below the apartment which was the smoking area for the pub/restaurant downstairs (this my only reason for not giving it a 5). I stuffed some dirty clothes in between shutters and opened other windows. ( this helped but it was winter so I didn't leave windows open long) The office for check in was a little difficult to find, it's in an office building several blocks away and you need to go to 4th floor and ring buzzer. The people were very friendly and helpful. Made several suggestions for restaurants and things to do, even arranged airport shuttle for me. Overall it was a good spot

Thieves. Beware.

This company charged a price of £82 per night. I only booked the hotel for one night which was fine. However, on the website at the time, there was no mention of an extra 20 euro charge at check in past 9pm. The check in policy on the website stated "check in, from 3pm to midnight". The woman who called me after the booking was made told me there would be an extra 20 euro charge because of the time of check in. I told her this wasn't stated on the hotels.com page so I would either 1. Not be paying this charge or 2. They can cancel my booking. Upon arriving to the apartment, she let us in and showed us round. She then asked again for the 20 euros which I stated I would not be paying as there was no mention of this on the hotels policies on hotels.com at the time. The woman accepted this and left. I then found out that I had been charged the 20 euros and called hotels.com to let them know this. Luckily, I kept screenshots of the hotels.com booking at the time it was made, otherwise the hotel would have gotten away with this. They refused to respond to the email I sent to them which included evidence that the 20 euro policy was not shown on the hotels.com page. Instead, they went on to edit their policy directly after I had sent the email and then included the 20 euro extra charge and CHANGED the WHOLE check in page. All without responding to my email. Hotels.com later apologized for this inconvenience and resolved this but there was no response from the hotel.

horrible customer service

customer service ZERO! NO AC in apt witj 35C temps was a torture. asked for a fan, wasn't provided with one, the apt manager insisted there was one in the apt and never brought one! I was in apt 1, bedroom was by the entrance to building therefore could not leave window open coz everyone could look in. curtains were not up although rod was there! so I had to suffer with Windows closed with 35C temperatures. wanted to shower and water was ice cold. although i was hot the water was simply too cold to shower. location however was excellent, approximately 150 meters to Charles bridge right in the river front. one other thing for gyestsbto kniw when u book this apt is that there is not an office on site andyou have to go to another location to pick up the keys and check in. very inconvenient after a long flight! They cam check u in on site if u pay €15! What a rip off! All in all, a nightmare of a stay for 2 nights which ruined my visit to beautiful Prague! I wrote the hotel several times but didn't get a response. on day 2, the maintenance person Boris came and made a note that there wasn't a fan and no curtains but management never bothered to compensate for the failure in service! that's the reason I give this hotel 0 stars for service. the utter disregard for guests comfort!

Most Beautiful view, the checkin process was a bit of hassle, and there are multiple keys and multiple locks you need to manage. Not to mention it is in the 3rd floor without any lift so if you have lot of luggage good luck.

Inconvenient and unclean

Check in was a nightmare. There are no staff at the apartment, instead the keys have to be collected from a very hard to find office building about a kilometre away.I'm sure I found it only by luck! Check in after 9pm incurs a 'fine', as the office block is no longer staffed. The location of the apartment is excellent - just near Charles Bridge. Unfortunately, the condition of teh apartment is very poor and it is filthy and unclean. The soles of feet were black from walking in the apartment!! There are no amenities, and the apartment is old and un-renovated. I would not recommend.

Amazing, excellent location! Window opens to Vltava river - beautiful. A stone's throw to the Charles Bridge, and easy access to old town. Owners super helpful and accommodating of our arrival. Highly recommended!!!

Huge space, close to city centre

Stayed here for 2 nights in December, the apartment is an amazing space, it’s huge and has everything you need. The representative who met us was very friendly and spoke perfect English so no issues checking in. The location is great for access to the main sites of the city. The only thing to be aware of is that there is a bar in the courtyard behind the hotel so you will have to put up with lots of noisy people until late at night and the smell of people smoking. I enjoyed the hotel however if I’d known how noisy the bar was I would not have stayed.

Mixed feelings

We stayed in apartment 3 for 4 nights. Excellent location, huge apartment, tonnes of space and good central heating. The downside is that it’s very very noisy at night due to a bar/cafe to the rear, and a very uncomfortable mattress (you can feel every spring!) - we decided to sleep on the sofa one night to try and get a decent nights sleep! It was clean except for a few hairs in the bathroom. Hairdryer was really bad. I’d recommend if you want a central location and views of the bridge and castle, but if you need a good nights sleep then perhaps it’s not the best one.

Fantastic location

The location and the view are what really make this apartment so special. Lovely large old apartment, very spacious with high ceilings and parquet flooring. However it could do with a little more attention to detail, the sofa has some stains, the matress needs replacing, very uncomfortable. In the bathroom a few more toiletries and towels wouldn't go amiss and the kithchen is not well equipped for the number of guests the apartment will sleep. The staff were great, letting me know that there was an issue with the Wi-Fi and that someone would be there to fix it. Also on the last day they came to my rescue when I stupidly got locked out and was distraught, thank you so much.

Poor facilities

When I first got to the apartment I was amazed to see how spacious and clean it was. I was even more grateful that they allowed me to check in early as my flight arrived at 10am. What ruined this stay was the extremely poor Wi-fi. I had to use my mobile data throughout my stay. I wasn’t able to use my laptop at all because the Wi-fi didn’t work. I had to call up numerous times before someone actually came down to make an attempt to come and fix the problem. It still didn’t work. In addition, some of the cutlery had food stains on them. The TV was also a disappointment, no channels were in English or even at least had English subtitles. There was no Smart TV or Netflix as advertised on their website. For the amount I spent on this apartment I was not pleased. The only convenience was that it was close to most of the attractions I wanted to visit. I would definitely not stay here again
