Central location but not necessarily the prettiest are of downtown Prague. The hotel lobby decor is awful and the deodorizer they spray are disgusting (subjective point of view). The room (no upgrade available for any of our 3 nights) was good but view to the internal side was depressing. Breakfast was good and breakfast service staff and front desk was excellent. I’ll try to find something better next time I am in Prague.

The staff”makes” the hotel. The staff at Almanac X in Prague was beyond outstaning. The were exceptional! They were so friendly, pro-active and accommodating that I started to pay attention to observe them doing their jobs. Even doing what might appear to be mundane tasks was done with care - even excellence. I was very impressed. If in Prague again - which is an amazing city - I will absolutely stay at Almanac X again.

The rooms were clean ( found floss on the floor when we checked in, but that can happen). There’s a problem with sewage system. There’s a foul smell in the hallway and everytime you start running the water in the bathroom. Service was good. I think late night menu might need some more options. I rate our stay 4/5.

The service and food were amazing. Everyone was incredibly helpful and sincere. The menus and breakfast buffet had delicious and thoughtful options. The bed was also very soft and comfortable.
