I cannot say enough good things about the property! Our room was perfect and had everything we could need. The staff was just incredible. They were able to get us a reservation at a great restaurant within walking distance. They were knowledgeable about the ferry times to Cinque Terre, secured us a taxi for an early morning departure on our last day, and even provided a boxed breakfast for us since we had to leave before it was being served. The rooftop bar with its beautiful view of the harbor was the icing on the cake.

I thought I had reserved a room through Expedia, with Free Breakfast but when I received my invoice, it showed my rate as Bed (Room) and Breakfast Rate? Not sure how that would be Free Breakfast if I had to pay for the Breakfast...it showed as a separate cost item.

Its in front of the port. Nice views Very good hotel for the place. Confortable, its little old but very nice. The room is small, like a Cruise one, but very modern, and nice. The rooftop is amazing. Guiliana very very special.

Beautiful hotel with very good location in downtown La Spezia with easy access to the waterfront and local restaurants. Also has a rooftop bar which provides wonderful views of the promenade along the waterfront. Very clean and friendly place to stay…. No parking on site, but hotel has an agreement with a parking garage less that a block away.
