Serviced apartments in Powelltown

after staying there 10 years ago, the place was not kept as well as it use to. I couldn't organize a bottle of wine for the room at a winery.

The staff at this hotel need some basic customer service training. Young girl wearing glasses on reception continued working on her computer while we waited for a simple greeting and you could tell it was an effort for her to check us in. The lady with henna tattoos on departure was also rude and unfriendly. Hotel otherwise was nice.

The staff was extremely supportive. Clean room . Etc

We enjoyed an overnight stay at Healesville Apartments. WOW, what a find!!! So clean and comfortable and an easy walk to town. Really appreciated the extra supplies, Gaylene is a very thoughtful host. We won’t stay anywhere else and I’m looking forward to returning soon. Thanks again for being a hosting us.

Nice feel to place. Friendly staff. Good communication with me prior to check in and at arrival. Room was clean and very comfortable. Definitely will return.

Spotless room and bathroom, great staff, Delicious meal. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else.
