The space
The suite is a calm and welcoming retreat, featuring a comfortable king-sized bed outfitted with a Zinus Green Tea hybrid mattress and luxurious organic cotton sheets. The room also includes a cozy chair for reading or relaxing, a television, and a small work area. The private ensuite bathroom includes a large stand-up shower flooded with natural light and bath amenities from Wonder Valley, creating a soothing, spa-like experience. Thoughtfully designed for comfort and quiet, this space invites you to slow down and unwind.

Nestled on 5 picturesque acres, our property boasts winding walking paths, lush gardens, and a serene pond perfect for row boating or casting a line. Guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoor areas, including the pond and grounds.

For those who crave adventure, our convenient location provides easy access to both the Hudson Valley Rail trail and the scenic Wappinger Creek Greenway Trail, offering endless opportunities to explore the natural beauty of the Hudson Valley.

Guest access
Your completely private suite is located on the upper floor and accessed by a steep, narrow staircase. The entrance to your room is private and locked for your comfort and security.

Guests may use shared spaces including the kitchen, living room, and dining room. Kitchen use is first come, first served. Please clean up after use, place dishes in the dishwasher, and note that refrigerator space is limited.

Outdoor areas, including the gardens, pond and outdoor gym, are shared and open to guests.

Please note: the staircase may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns.

During your stay
Host interaction is minimal to respect your privacy, but assistance is always available if needed.

Breakfast is served buffet-style, Monday - Saturday at 9:00 am. On Sunday, pastries, fruit and coffee will be available in the morning. All breakfast offerings are gluten free, and dietary restrictions can usually be accommodated with advance notice. Please let your host know if you will not be having breakfast to help reduce food waste.

Other things to note
Hudson Pond is a celiac-safe, gluten-free environment.

Preparation of gluten on the stove is not permitted. Heating gluten is limited to the microwave only. Any gluten stored in the refrigerator must be kept in a sealed container. These guidelines help maintain a safe environment for guests with celiac disease.

Outdoor Gym

A treadmill, step machine, hand weights, and resistance bands are available in the covered porch area, allowing you to work out while enjoying views of the pond and gardens. While the space is sheltered from rain and snow, it is open to the outdoors, so it may be cold or hot in extreme weather conditions, making it temporarily inaccessible at times.
