I can’t say enough about this hotel between the staff, the service, the food atmosphere and everything else and the view of our room. It was great. The breakfast is fantastic and so is the steakhouse.

They wait staff and housekeepers were excellent, the front desk day staff were at times disorganized and could not explain the errors made with not only my reservation but several others in my party. Even though my reservation was prepaid they held double on my card when I spoke with the manager Melissa she had no explanation and offered little compensation then blew us off. Beautiful atmosphere brought down by little compassion for the inconvenience they caused……

The hotel was awesome! The food was delicious. The hotel set up was beautiful. Me and my wife really had and awesome experience. We planning another trip to Aruba because we had an amazing trip. We will be staying at the Renaissance Wind Creek Resort Hotel and Casino.

We stayed for five nights, and honestly, I wish we had stayed longer. From the moment we arrived, everything felt peaceful and welcoming. We booked our stay in the adults-only building, which was the perfect choice — relaxing and beautifully maintained. The restaurants were very good. There are different options on both hotels. And the private beach… it’s something out of a dream. To top it off, flamingos walk around freely, adding such a magical, unique touch to the experience. It’s unlike any place I’ve ever been. We booked the all inclusive option, and it was totally worth it.

Our visit here started off great!!! It was great up until the very last day. I asked for a late checkout and was granted that which was great. Upon coming back to my around 11 am my card to gain access to the room stopped working. I asked housekeeping to open the door of course they couldn't and said to go to the front desk.

Housekeeping was WONDERFUL! They cleaned our room twice each day. The entire resort was upkept and cleaned consistently. Friendly smiling faces and customer service was exquisite 90% of the time. They even sent a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine, a heart shaped cake, and balloons to our room upon arrival to celebrate our honeymoon. How sweet! The private island was nothing short of perfect. Flamingos and Iguanas everywhere! Such a fun experience. The boat ride there was an experience all in itself! I could not get over watching it (the boat) come INSIDE of the lobby all day long. “All-Inclusive” did come with stipulations. Transportation and Spa services were not included, some dining options cost extra, there is a daily resort fee required to be paid at check in, a $400 incidentals hold, and you pay a 17% gratuity for all “included purchases” at checkout regardless of tipping your servers as you encounter them.
