A wonderful stay right in the heart of Portrush. Beautiful accommodation which has been renovated with a nod to days gone by! Loved it and will book again.

Had the best few days at the bank apartments. The staff were so lovely and welcoming. The apartment itself was lovely and had all the amenities required for our stay.would definitely recommend and will book again.

Stayed here for 2 nights and the staff were excellent and so so friendly, felt very welcome from we checked in till we checked out. We stayed with our dog and 2 year old son. Food was excellent and fresh, plenty of parking and great location with stunning views

There was ample parking as advertised. Breakfast was simple, but we appreciated what was there. The area was nice, and it's a short walk to the town center.

The hotel is under new ownership and currently undergoing major renovations. Our room recently painted was OK - limited renovation scope. However, we had a comfortable bed with new clean bedlinen. Bathroom clean and bright but old fittings. The major area for improvement was the restaurant which was totally under going renovation was the restaurant - we had breakfast in a room that was essentially a building/decorating site. The food was of poor quality and inedible. We left without taking breakfast. Whilst the hotel is clearly trying to improve itself and will no doubt be better in future, for us the lack of upfront disclosure of the true state of works was very disappointing. Had we have known this, we would have selected another property. Receptionist was friendly and polite but not really able to affect any of the issues.
