Our stay at the Spot overall was great. The staff was really nice and friendly from the beginning, especially during our check-in and check-out, and also during breakfast time (btw delicious and comolete). Location was just than perfect, within walking distance to places we wanted to go but also to be picked up and dropped off by Uber when needed. The apartment was just perfect and what we needed, spacious and very cozy, with all things we needed. The only thing we did not like and I must say is the reason why we are not giving it a five star rating is because the apartment where we were located, the lounge was open until 5:30 pm, which gave us limited time or basically cut our itinerary one way or the other, to retrieve our bags during check-in or check-out. Though we are informed if any issue, we could contact a number 24 hours, we did not get any response from the number we were given when we had an issue with the A/C. Which it ended up being more an issue of a remote control setting that would not turn on/off the A/C because there was no specific instructions about how to do it, until I figured it out that it was by pressing the “mode” button several times rather than the on/off button on the remote. Another issue we had was that for some reason, there were mosquitoes, and we’re not able to keep the windows open while there to get some fresh air. Other than the issues mentioned above, I must say I would not have any problem going back to the Spot Apartment at all!

Though this property is not very close to the city center, but it is walkable. It is also just across from a major metro station, grocery store, restaurants, etc. Very convenient!

Wonderful stay at Spot apartments and I would absolutely return here again. We arrived early and our appartment was ready for us, there was a complimentary bottle of wine and the sofa bed was made up for us. The apparent was much bigger than expected and had its own laundry room with washing machine and airer. Shower pressure was excellent and the apartment is located directly opposite the main metro station in Porto so can easily access the whole city from right outside. We didn't have a view but only used it for sleeping so not necessary. We had our own full sized fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee pot, toastie maker. Everything you could possibly need. The windows have roll down shutters making it completely blackout at night for children. The staff were all very lovely and helpful. It was the best stay and I couldn't rate the apartment highly enough.

I had to fold it. - Mattresses are not the best, I could feel the coils and it made my back sore.

Spot Apartments right across Trindade metro, so super convenient commute to /from the airport! Staff was great! Breakfast very good. Close to most of Porto’s places to see, and very close to night time bar and dining options.

What an amazing property. We arrived early morning and they stored our luggage and also allowed us to use their common facility to get organized for the day. The staff are so polite and courteous. The apartment was clean. We are 5 people, it had everything we need for our short stay.

Excellent choice for families in central Porto

Spacious, clean suite with 2 rooms and a pull-out (suits family with 2 teenagers). In a safe area, within walking distance to main sights. Supermarket and coffee shops close by. Breakfast was decent. Staff were excellent, going out of their way to assist with a lost item. Thoroughly recommend.

We just left from a 2 night stay with a family of 5. Overall it was fine- nothing super great but nothing super bad either. The apartment; Clean but very basic accommodations. They left a bottle of vino verde which was nice. Some basic things were lacking. For example there were No towels or paper towels in kitchen area so I found myself using napkins I had in my bag and wiping my wet hands on my shirt. Service: Staff was extremely responsive to questions before we checked in and while there. Very friendly and helpful. Area: the apartments are on a very noisy street that we heard all night long. Upon arrival the area felt a bit run down and there was someone sleeping in a tent on the block. But we felt safe and the location was great for walking to the sights, eating, shopping- all of it. Down to the river and the Luis Bridge was about a 20 to 25 minute walk. Breakfast was very simple but good.
