Lovely hotel. Check-in was not as smooth as it could have been. We arrived and told the room would be available at 3pm.we arrived at 3:40 and it was not ready. 15 minutes later all sorted. Large clean room, large bathroom. Lovely breakfast. Staff were very helpful.

Several great things about this property: great location, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast. Rooms are modern and our bathroom was spacious by European standards. Highly recommend. Would stay there again.

Great location

Great hotel, great location, nice staff, excellent breakfast. The four coffee pod limit was I think a bit petty and a tad mean. Didn't like the bathroom not having a door to separate it from the bedroom, some things should remain private I think.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the San Bento train station if you plan to use the trai to get to Porto and do side trips from here! Staff was very helpful with helping us plan our daily visits. The surprise me with a birthday cake and wine in the room! The breakfast was delicious, good selection of food! The room was quiet, contemporary with an interesting layout! It was easy to walk from here to the different tourist attractions!

The hotel was in a good location and walkable to everything. There wasn’t a dresser or closet in the room so had to live out of our suit cases on the floor. There were plenty of toiletries and a large shower. Staff were friendly and helpful.

An oasis of calm in the heart of Porto

Incredibly convenient location just minutes from Sao Bento station as well as Ponte Luis I bridge. Hotel is smart, calm and ideal for a city break.

Excellent hotel, we really enjoyed our stay and felt the location was perfect for our needs. Staff were really helpful and room was perfect. Would stay here again. We took our 5 month old baby and found it really accessible and the cot provided was perfect.

Great location for visiting Porto. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Nice rooms. Only niggle was that the room lighting level was pretty dark and we were also lacking some plug sockets. But overall, a good hotel in a great location.
