Absolutely loved this hotel - after cold days or just looking to detox, there’s something so comforting about being able to take a steam or deep heat sauna and just relax. Room was spotless, staff was exceptional. They offer luggage storage which was very convenient. The gym had free weights and a couple cables as well as treadmills. The pool was very nice. The singular downside I can think of is that there was no microwave inside the rooms, you can ask front desk to use the microwave, or if the cafe is open there is a microwave to use as well as utensils. Will definitely come back in the future.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. The facilities are great. staff are friendly. We paid for breakfast and got coupons to use in the restaurant. The breakfast selection is not a lot and honestly not impressive. Aside from that, everything else is great. I would stay there again if I go back to Portland.

Just about everything was great, however the lobby, hallway by the elevators, and certain places within the hotel had a really strong perfumey smell that gave me a headache.
