There was a booking mistake. Instead of checking with me at 11:00 in the morning why I didn't check out. Security banged on my door at 2:00 in the morning. The bathroom had water damage with the door pealing paint and wood. Mold in the shower.

When we first checked in, our experience was honestly disappointing. The room was dirty and had a terrible smell. The nightstands even looked like they had dried blood stains on them, and the shower head barely worked. It took forever to figure out how to get hot water because the knob just turned all the way around — really strange. We were so exhausted from our flight that night we just went straight to sleep instead of complaining. The next morning, I spoke with Patricia at the front desk and told her everything that was wrong. She was super nice, apologized right away, and even offered a refund (but since we booked through Expedia, it had to go through them). She moved us to a different room, and it made such a big difference — it was clean, smelled fresh, and the shower worked perfectly. Thanks to Patricia’s help, our stay turned around and ended up being a lot better. I really appreciate how she handled everything.

Pleasantly surprised and this gem of a find for a quick overnight stay between flights. Very spacious clean quiet room. Security guard outside front door of hotel all night…so cars and premise were safe.Less than 5 min drive to airport.
