I came here for my reservation, had no problems with getting in and finding my reservation. I had no issues with the staff. The beds and pillows were really comfortable and I liked the remodeled rooms. The room was clean and exactly as I expected it to be. I knew going in I wasn't going to the Ritz Carlton, I just needed a place to sleep for 2 nights and it worked. The only downside for me was no fridge in the room, but they did have a microwave downstairs to use and No shampoo.

5 stars for room cleanliness and 3 for outside of room including the elevator. Hotel is in a great area 12-15 from downtown and parks. There’s a shopping mall right across with restaurants and Kohl’s. Just a side note: motel is also used as housing for the displaced. I would stay here again.

Hotel needs updating very dirty.Got into my room.TV didn't work properly.No coffee pot no microwave no refrigerator stop was very rude. Wouldn't even change my room for me. Babe, save a total of 4 hours and then checked out. Avoid this hotel.
