If you want to freeze, stay here. The Hotel is very nice, staff are ok, breakfast is good, location is excellent however, we purchased a room with a balcony and it was very nice. However, we were freezing….19.2 C. We called and asked if we could get a space heater or if they could increase the temperature to 21C. They said they would increase the temperature to 21C but after an hour it hadn’t increased. We called down twice and they. just hung up on us. In order to get warm we had to run the hair dryer and shower in order to get warm…..that’s crazy when you paying $350 per night for a room. Like I said if you want to freeze stay here!
