Beautiful property. Restaurant staff not so helpful.

The staff is very friendly and helpful on things to do, great location as we walked to most attractions.

Clean room and excellent staff

Far from the city's touristic centre, despite it's name.

This is a perfectly located hotel, within easy walking to the city. The tram stop is practically outside the hotel door with direct tram to the airport. The main train station is also a 5 minute walk. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean with friendly staff. Breakfast was good as continental ones go with the option of boiling yourself some eggs too. The only downside is that the rooms are tiny. It says this on the web site. If you are someone who needs a lot of room where you can walk around then this is not for you. We, on a city break are always out and about so it was perfect for us. Very comfy bed, clean towels daily and a hairdryer. I also borrowed an iron from reception. Few hooks, shelves and hangers for personal stuff. To sum up perfect location, clean very quiet despite being close to tram. Helpful staff and you can buy a drink 24 hrs a day.

Breakfast was fantastic. AC kept the room at perfect temperature.
