The ground level features a large living and dining area, state of the art kitchen, private heated swimming pool, a poolside dining room and an outdoor BBQ. The spacious living and dining area features a large smart TV with complimentary FOXTEL channels. There is a large dining table and plenty of comfortable lounge seating. Also located on this ground level is a laundry with washing machine and dryer, and a separate toilet.
